Volunteers Needed for Milliken’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)

We need a list of Milliken residents willing to be on-call in case of both natural and man-made events, including these snow-related emergencies. Snowstorms frequently show us the best in our neighbors who help shovel and plow snow or deliver food for the elderly and disabled. Additionally we need to identify residents with access to snowmobiles and other all-terrain vehicles who would be willing on short-notice to assist with emergency assignments. If you are willing and able to help, please call the Police Department at 587-2772. Officer Mick Peters is the director of the program. He can be reached at 660-5019.
